How does it work?
Refer us to your contacts: If you are not an event organizer but know someone who is, or who could benefit from our solutions, please contact us at contact with us using the means of your choice to let us know who your referral is.

3. Multiply your rewards: If the referred contact becomes a customer, you can receive additional incentives for successful collaboration.
Additional benefit for event organizers and agencies:
If you organize events yourself or represent an event agency and recommend us to your peers, clients or suppliers, you can earn a discount of up to 20% on Bmotik products and services by participating in the referral program. It is our way of thanking and supporting those who rely on our solutions for the success of their events.

Bmotik Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The Bmotik Referral Program is designed to give recognition to those who refer people or entities that organize corporate events and show genuine interest in our solutions.
Participation in this program implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. Referral Eligibility:
For a referral to be considered valid, the referred person or entity must:
- Be a person, company, association or organization with demonstrable, factual evidence that organizes events or manages events for third parties. These events must be framed within the type of event to which bmotik solutions apply (corporate, exhibitions, congresses, etc).
- Show a real interest in Bmotik's products and services, initiating the necessary steps in the commercial process, such as scheduling an initial meeting with our team.
2. Verification Process:
Bmotik will perform a referral validation process to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements.
During this process, we may request documentation or other form of verification to confirm that the referrer is actually in the business of organizing corporate events or represents an entity that does.
Bmotik reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the specified criteria.
3. Incentives:
Incentives (Gift Cards, credits for services, discounts, etc.) will be granted under unilateral and exclusive determination of bmotik once:
- It is confirmed that the referred party has shown genuine interest and is moving forward in the commercial process with Bmotik.
- The referral has completed at least one initial meeting with our sales team.
- In case of closing a commercial agreement with the referral, the referring user may be eligible for additional incentives.
4. Discount for Organizers and Agencies:
If the referral program participant is also an event organizer or represents an event agency, he/she is eligible for a discount of to 20% on Bmotik products and services.
This discount will be determined unilaterally and exclusively by bmotik and is subject to validation. It will be effective upon confirmation of the referral and its progress in the commercial process.
5. Prohibition of Deceptive Practices and Penalties:
Any type of deceptive practice, spam or attempt to manipulate the referral program is prohibited. Any action that seeks to introduce people with no real interest or who do not meet the requirements as valid referrals will be considered a violation.
Bmotik reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent practices, including, but not limited to:
- Create fake referrals.
- Submitting inaccurate information about referrals.
- In cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the program, Bmotik reserves the right to report such practices to the competent authorities.
6. Program Modification and Termination:
Bmotik reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time, without prior notice. Changes in terms and conditions will apply immediately.
By participating in the Bmotik referral program, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with all the provisions set forth herein.
